Objective To investigate the status of thriving at work among junior nurses, and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical bases for promoting the job growth of junior nurses and improving the level of thriving at work. Methods From January to March 2023,431 junior nurses from 3 tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects. Questionnaire survey were conducted through the General Information Questionnaire, the Thriving at Work Scale, and the Job Crafting Scale. The univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of thriving at work among junior nurses. Results A total of 431 nurses with low seniority completed the survey. The total score of thriving at work is(35.46±6.74) score. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level and job remodeling score were the factors affecting the job prosperity of junior nurses(P<0.05). Conclusion The thriving at work of junior nurses was at a moderate level. Nursing managers should strengthen the benign guidance of junior nurses, provide sufficient resource support, improve the level of job remodeling to promote the thriving at work of junior nurses and maintain the stability of organizational development.

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of social isolation in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD). Methods Using the convenience sampling method,230 elderly patients with MHD in a tertiary hospital in Huzhou were selected from January 2022 to May 2022. A cross-sectional study was conducted using general information questionnaire,Lubben Social Network Scale 6,the Family APGAR,Hamilton Depression Scale,UCLA Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Variables with statistical significance in univariate analysis were incorporated into binary Logistic regression for multivariate analysis. Results The social isolation score of 230 elderly patients with MHD was(12.27±4.44);the family isolation score was(7.69±1.93),and the friend isolation score was(4.58±3.30). The incidence of social isolation, family isolation and friend isolation were 45.2%,10.9% and 60.4% respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, dialysis age, monthly income,self-rated health, social participation, family support and social support were the influencing factors of social isolation in elderly patients with MHD(P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with MHD have a higher level of social isolation;the incidence of friend isolation is higher than that of family isolation. Clinical medical staff can focus on elderly MHD patients with old age, long dialysis age, poor health, low economic level, less social participation, low family or social support. According to relevant influencing factors, intervention measures will be formulated to improve the social isolation of elderly MHD patients and promote physical and mental health.

Objective To review the application of video education in Advance Care Planning(ACP),and identify the elements of video education for ACP,so as to provide the guidance for future research. Methods A literature search was performed in the PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,PsycINFO,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBMdisc. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to April 30,2022. The included studies were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 27 articles were included. Forms of video educational include mobile terminal devices, telemedicine. The core content includes providing ACP related knowledge, providing disease-related knowledge and information on the advantages and disadvantages of treatment measures, clarifying values, goals and medical care preferences. The outcome indicators were mainly the process indicators, action indicators, care outcome indicators, feasibility evaluation. Conclusion Video education in the field of ACP presents preliminary effects and feasibility. It is suggested that researchers could draw on and refer to foreign ACP video education tools, develop and update scientific and feasible ACP video education tools for our country, explore appropriate ACP video education strategies, improve the effectiveness evaluation index, and improve the quality of ACP video education.
